I remember the first time I watched that video maybe 20 years ago . One of the most inspirational stories I've ever known of. He was as conditioned as they come. It even saved him when he had a full blown heart attack. They said his heart was so strong he made it.

I like this video but the story is he loved his son enough to give him what it feels like to have victory. He beat many people in Ultra Marathons.
Swimming pulling Rick bin a Raft, running, biking. Amazing - unforgettable.

Hard to believe someone like him would go so early. RIP brother...

UH.....Rick that died was the kid in the wheelchair.....I'm shocked he lived this long....the guy with the stamina that made it happen died of old age in 2021
