What is considered the best pound for pound target out on the market today? Considering cost and stopping power.

Rhinehart 18-1 has a one year guarantee for broadheads or field points and usually costs about $95

I bought the Morrel Yellow Jacket and that was a big mistake. It is definitely a broadhead only target.

I bought a cheap target at the Mega-lo-Mart last year when they did their year end archery clearance, Paid $17 for it and it holds up better than either of my blocks that I paid over $100 for.

I make my own out of expandable foam for less than $10 each. I have been shooting the same one for 5+ years and it is still in good shape. I just fill in the holes once in a while and am good to go. It will stop any arrow and is gentle on broadheads and shafts.
