..links with kraut, fries & a mixed salad last night. This is one of the quickest hot meals to prepare.

That's why I pickle my own red onions. They come out very sweet, and delicious. Up North here, it is a crapshoot whether or not we get good sweet white onions after Sept.
 
Speakin' of pickling...it's been a while since I made a batch of pickled shrimp. I need to get it on the agenda bext week.
