I work part time as needed for a friend who is the Mathews dealer here in Idaho Falls. I myself have the Switchback and love it. With the SBXT the riser is changed some, the limbs are a bit more parallel and longer, the brace height is a half inch more, at 7.5" vs 7" for the regular SB, there is tripple dampners in the roller guard, and the new XT Straitline C1 cam even has a dampner in it. The axle to axle lenght is 31" for the SBXT vs 33" for the SB. Its said to be a bit more forgiving and smooth, but being honest I can't tell the difference. Its hard to inprove upon perfection lol, I also like the fact the SB is a bit faster than the new XT. I will own the XT as well later on this year because I get paid in store credit but if I didn't have that option I sure wouldn't sell my SB just to get the SBXT. Shoot them both to see which one you like. Oh ya about the SBLD it has the same limbs and cams with the riser moved foward 2" so it has a longer draw length for Long Draw (LD)shooters. Its brace height is also at 9" which makes for one heck of a smooth and forgiving shooter but does give up some speed compared to the regular SB.
