Just look up Swarovski on line and it will give you a number to call. A rep. will give you a service number and tell you what you need to do. It's very simple and they were very quick when I sent my old pair in. They did a TOTAL upgrade and basically sent me back a new pair of binos. And they were very quick. Good Luck.
