Swarovski Repairs

Had to send in my 10x42 Swarovski EL binoculars for a faulty eye up and cleaning. Due to high volume repairs we’re taking a bit longer than normal. I called Swarovski and explained I had a bison hunt in mid July and if they could help me out. Within 7 days of my call my binos were repaired and shipped out. Plus they found another issue I was unaware of and fixed it too. All of this free of charge. Great company taking care of their customers

They're the best. Leupold is not as fast as they were but still great. so is Nightforce.

They upgraded their online system to send optics in for repairs about 1 1/2 - 2 yrs ago. During that transition from the old to the new it was a total clusterfark. I sent a couple pairs of binocs in for repairs during that time. Took at least 2 - 3 months to get them back. Glad to hear they are squared away now.
