Swarovski 2x doubler?

I am getting ready to buy my first and probably last set of premium glass. I am going with the Swaro 15x56. Was just wondering who has used the 2x doubler eyepiece. Is it a good piece of equipment? Is the 30 power through one of the eyes still good optically, or should I just continue to carry my vortex nomad spotting scope? If the doubler works well for a little more magnification it would be nice to save on the weight of the spotter. Thanks for any input!

Nevermind.........unless someone out there has any positive feedback. Went through the archives and sounds like anyone who has used it thought it was JUNK.
