swarovski 10 by 42 SLC Need Advice

The focus adjustment on this pair has a spot where it just seems
to turn without resistance and doesn't focus clearly.
Anyone else had this issue. What(where/who)is the quickest way
to get this resolved. Is it possible by Sept.

Call swarovski. They'll treat you right and fix it. The end.

+1 Just had my binos gone through. Took a total of 3 weeks. Swarovski was great to work with.

Yep, I post earlier. Have a pair of 8X30s I bought about 25 years ago. They were so old I just left them in the truck for the grandkids to look through. A friend told me to send them in. I called Swarovski, they game me a work order #. I sent them in and in about 3 days they called and told me the work was being done. They basically sent me a new pair of binos, upgraded to waterproof, SLCs. Work was no charge, and they shipped them back no charge. Said anyone with Swarovski products should send them in about every 5 years for cleaning and upgrading. Thanks again Swarovski!!
