When dealing with swaro spotters whats the diffrence between
STS and STM?

Also I believe the M scope's have a black sunshade instead of the green.
 
The "M" Stands for Magnesium the way I understand it. Almost impossible to tell if in your hand. BUT it is important when ordering attachments, like digiscoping or ##### adapters, because the eye piece has a difference of a couple millimeters.
