Swaro customer service is KILLER!

I haven't posted in a long time but i just thought i would share my experience with swarvoskis customer service/warranty/repair. those guys do not mess around. they took my el's and transformed them into brand new again! unreal! this was the first time i sent in a swaro product. no wonder swarvoski really is the best. i have a list thats 3 pages long of what parts were replaced and what they fixed. no questions asked. just fixed them. amazing product thats backed up by an even more amazing warranty and repair department and customer service department.

oh, by the way. i am a second owner of the binos!

Thanks, great to hear! I've been wanting to send mine in for a while now just for a thorough cleaning, but I can't seem to find a time that I can go without them as I hunt/scout year round. How long did it take?

Good to know. I may send in my rangefinder, its hammered! but of course still works great.

Sent my EL's in and got them back just like new! No charge! I love my swaro's.

it took them just under a month on my optics. it was well worth it. i would recommend it now!
