Swaro Binos

When I was back in WY a few weeks ago the Objective Lens cover strap broke off so when I got home I called Swarovski to get a new pair of lens covers. After talking with the person decided to send the Binos in for a cleaning etc. Told me 5-6 weeks which is no biggie this time of year.

Will see how they did and get them re-adjusted to these older eyes now....LOL Very friendly staff to work with for sure and very helpful, even straightened out the S/N discription...number on original box and Binos did not matched. She told me that the number off the box said they were made about 1910........never made them in that size back then. LOL

My guess is they'll treat you right. Best customer service in the industry, IMO.

Send in both and got them back quick, LOST a eyecup on the last hunt and they sent me out a couple so I would have they for the next hunt coming up.
OUTSTANDING service, Pam is top-notch in my book.

Got an email notification today that my Binoculars are "in the mail now" and expected to arrive in a week. Said it would be 5-6 weeks and looks like they hold to truth.

Well I got my Bino's back today and looked at the billing for charges and what they did to these that I sent to them....never expected that but I am not complaining at all.

1....Binocular alignment
2....Focus wheel rubber ring
3....Bridge Piece
4....Focusing wheel
5....Driving gear cover
6....Eye cup twist-in
7....42mm SLC/EL Obj Lens Covers (this was the only thing that I knew that needed replacing)

Total charge....$31.12

They also cleaned the whole green body of all old hand oil and dirt, they are like a brand new pair of Binoculars. Sure do LIKE their service policy...they are tops as far as I am concerned.
