Supreme Court Tells Bush No

The Supreme Court said Bush can't force Texas to grant new hearings for a Mexican National convicted in a gang rape and murder of two girls 15 years ago.

He's on death row right were he needs to be. he bragged he had to stab them because he didn't have a gun, poor guy. I rarely disagree with our highest court, and this is no exception.

if Bush had a sack he'd drive down there and shoot that POS himself instead of root for him.

Was this a case of Bush trying to cater to the Mexican Gov. over the death penalty. If so, stupid move on his part. I know the Mexican Gov. will refuse to extradite a wanted murder to this country if the death penalty is going to be used in the trial.

That's pretty much it, Bush says the murder wasn't advised he had the right to talk to the Mexican consulate. I know it's political but so what, if the Mexicans can help illegals out of a jam if they come up and rape and kill girls what kind of thinking is that? if they can't then the end result is the same anyway.
