I see the raffle tag winners are posted. It is nice to see several Wyo residents on the list. A guy from OK has a lot of planning to do.

Still cant figure out why anyone would put in for the Black Bear or Mountain Lion tag. You still have to buy the license if you win the tag don't you?

Yep, I couldn't figure out why they would put those tags in the raffle or why anyone would want to pay for a ticket when the tag fee is still required. One of the regular members that posts on the Eastmans site drew the Bison tag!
