I think he is a totally assigning jerk. But with that said, It says that the offence he will be tried for is a misdemeanor. So why would a judge order his home be inspected and his firearms removed? THAT seems a bit overboard to me. I wouldn't surrender my pocket knife let alone my guns. Nor would I allow anyone to inspect my home over a misdemeanor, without a good court battle that didn't include a LIB judge. I cant understand how the judge would think a minor infraction is grounds to pi$$ on the 2nd amendment, and Property rights. But ya Dell is still an a$$
