Succesful WY antelope draw

Whoo-hoo. My little bro and I drew unit 73, type 2. I know the general area we want to head but would love some additional suggestions.

Also, are there usually any leftover doe tags for that zone that are available to non residents? We'd love to take a little extra meat home.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-14-05 AT 10:15AM (MST)[p]What's the difference between TYPE 1 and TYPE 2 on the Antelope tags? Type 8 I see is for Archery or Muzzleloaders.
Could not find anything in Regs showing the type difference.
Could it be the "Different date" openings???

Type one is the early season in Sept. Type 2 is the late season in mid Oct.

Just what Nate said. T-1 is early season buck, T-2 is late season buck........... T-6 is doe fawn in this unit and I dont believe this unit has any other types offered. If you want to hunt archery or muzz you first have to draw the T-1 or T-2.
