Stump Shooting Arrows

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to get all of your opinions on this. I recently changed setups. Last Summer, I bought a new bow, and has a whisker biscuit put on. Was shooting arrows from last set up and everything was fine. Recently, I put a drop zone rest on and noticed that with heads on the shafts, the rest wasn't picking up the arrows up fully before getting to the shelf and the heads were clicking it. The arrows that I had were cut pretty short because I didn't have to worry about shel clearence with the WB. So not wanting to fool around with anything on the bow, and needing new sticks anyway, I bought a doz. new Axis 340 spined shafts cut longer, and the problem is solved and i am shooting great. Here's the problem. A buddy of mine wanted the short shafts that I had for his son. So I sold them to him. Now we are getting tuned in for this fall, and will be spending time in the woods shooting stumps, birds , etc. I don't really want to be out shooting my new, 100.00/doz shafts into stumps and possibly burning them in the woods. Looking to buy a doz. arrows that won't hurt the pocket book too bad if I burn a couple out there. Mountain Archery has a 340 spined shaft by Easton Called the Storm that is priced where I need them to be, but don't know anything about them. I am not looking for something to replicate the Axis, just something that will work for the above stated purpose. I don't want to have to replace a doz. shafts becasue everyone that I shoot shatters becasue they are so cheap. Anyone used these? How durable are they. Thanks.

IMO I would shoot what you hunt with.
In the many years I have went stump shooting I don't think
I've lost any more than 2-3 arrows maxs.
Use judu points and it's pretty hard to lose an arrow
even off of a deflection.

I don't shoot stumps. I prefer to pick out wildflowers and attempt to "pick" them with my judo. I have never shattered a shaft doing this. Sometimes a judo will penetrate a stump far enough to make extraction a real chore! (richochet if anyone is wondering) I have a blast walking up a valley going from flower to flower. At home it's prickly pear pad to pad but that's a little hard on fletchings.
