That is an awsome pic i have never seen one covered in moss like that. I once found a small elk antler in a creek but it didn't look anything like that.

those are some cool pics. ive got a shed I found with bailing wire all wrapped up in it and always wondered what mite have happed. the strangest place ive ever found a shed would be in my front yard stuck in a bird feeder. sorry no pics as I just started taking ATLs a couple yrs ago.

monster that's crazy, how did u find it. Were you looking for horns, fishing, or what. That is an awesome pic.

Epointer,
SHEDSTALKER and I were in Central Utah shed hunting. I had just finished winding my way down the ridge toward the car. I decided to walk the fence line back toward the car due to the deer-super-highway runnin parallel to the fence. Right near the car I saw this large water trough with two wire cables above it. I walked over to it and this bad boy was sitting in the bottom near the edge. I am not sure if the deer was drinking in it, went to pull his head out and knocked it off, or, if he shed near it and the farmer threw it in... either way, unique find.

In Spring 2005, I was planning on going out for my first shed hunting trip ever. As I was getting ready to go, I had to check for something in our backyard. I was amazed to find a brown freshly-shed forky in my wife's raised garden bed. That and finding a nice double-shed 6 pt. bull elk the same day is what got me hooked on antler hunting!:)
