+1 How about any sheep pictures or stories period-stone-dall-desert-rocky-whatever. We haven't had many posts on sheep this year. What is the deal?

Here you go...
Couple average Dall rams with and average bottle of scotch. Buddy's went 34.75" with 12.5" bases and mine went 35" with 13.75" bases. Shot in an open area 2 weeks after the opener out of a band of 10 rams with 5 full curls. We got to within 40 yards and things happened fast. Of course the big one didn't present us a shot and got away. Oh well, always next year.

Nice job and Nice rams.
Oh how most of us wish we could hunt them just once, much less every year! Perhaps if we all moved to Kodiak?

I had the opportunity to hunt Stone's Sheep in Northern BC in September. I was able to take a really Dark Ram on the 7th day of my 15 day hunt. I was also fortunate to take a Mountain Goat on Day 10...Great hunt with a first class Outfitter and Guide....I will try and post pictures as soon as I can get them downloaded.
