I have heard again that there are 3 confirmed wolf kills of calves in Rich County. Rancher stated that DWR confirmed the kills were made by wolves. Anyone else hear of wolves in this area?

I know that there is a young black bear making the rounds in the area as well. Has been spotted just North of I-80 around Wasatch, made an early morning appearance at the Uinta County (WY) airport last week and has frequented the Randolph area.

I hope we NEVER have Wolves in Utah, The Hybred Mutts we have are bad enough ! You see IF we ever had wolves in Utah it would not be legal to Shoot them , unlike Mutt hybreds, you know... like the ones here in Utah, THE MUTT HYBREDS. And just incase you dont know the correct way of handling said hybreds, i'll go tho it again.
#1 head shots are always a good option, but a gut shot is ok too.
#2 after the shot leave the area and DO NOT tell a soul, ever!
#3 repeat as often as you sight wol...um er Hybreds.
# 4 enjoy having Big Game ( even tho few) to apply for tags each and every year ;-)

Don't sound they are coming, sounds like they are already there!! Best of luck with the USFWS.
