Spotlighting

I have heard several things this year but I could not find it in the regs. Does anyone know what the current law is regaurding spotlight hunting small game ie rabbits and coyotes? Just curious as I think it used to be legal on private property but not legal on public land but I heard that was changed this year. Thanks for any insight.

The only thing that changed was racoons were made a predator. Everything is still the same. Look back on my old posts and you will find one I did about this. Ron
