Im lookin for a unit in wyoming to put my dad and i in. I want a chance for him to kill a good antelope but im not lookin for a trophy unit. My dad cant seam to draw a tag here in idaho and seams to be a bit to loud or archery (as i noticed last year). He has wanted to kill a goat sense i was a kid so im putting him in for this hunt as a christmas present. any info is truely appreciated.... also i have no points

Unit 23 up in the Gillette area always has a ton of leftover tags after the draw, but you will need to contact a rancher and pay an access fee on most of the private land. There are other units that have lots of public land, but a lot of them need 1 or more PPs to draw a tag. Now is the time to get your Dad the tag because goats are pretty much at an all time high right now in Wyoming.
