Wish Y'all could have been here for dinner the other night. Fixt one of my own favorite venison recipee......Shish-ka-bob.
Chunks of venison that have been marrinating in italian dressing,red wine vinegar and garlic...wrapped up in a piece of bacon and shoved between onion and bellpepper and then grilled to just pink in the middle....Oh and had some garlic rubbed BBQ salmon too.MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...........sure was good
