LAST EDITED ON Sep-23-06 AT 12:32PM (MST)[p]Ok, I have to plug a marinade. Lori handmakes it, and i'm telling you what-it's freakin' awesome. She hand picks and dries the berries, then vacuum seals it. I have to eat it at least once a week.

It's a cedar berry marinade, and you end up making a lovely brown gravy with it. I'm telling you, it's wonderful for the stronger meats like venison!
