South Fork Road - Is it Open??

Does anyone know if the South Fork Road (along the South Fork or the Salmon) is open yet? I heard they had it closed as a result of the fires this summer which burned up about 135 plastic culverts, requiring some reconstruction work. I'm particularly interested in the stretch from Knox Ranch to Krassel GS.
