I’m pretty sure if this would’ve been one of my dogs there would’ve been a hell of a lot of lead flying.
The way it sounds. There probably won’t be any charges filed against the dipsh!ts for shooting this guy’s bird Dog.

That's mind blowing and there needs to be some accountability for sure.

Years ago, I had a friend and coworker who volunteered to help out with the local Junior Pheasant Hunt. Birds were planted and the youngsters were allowed to shoot them with the help of adults and the use of dogs. My friends dog jumped a pheasant and one of the kids accidentally shot and killed his dog. That was a bad deal all the way around.

I highly doubt they mistook his dog for a coyote. There are some really $hitty people "Hunting" out there that HATE hunting dogs.
