What I love are all the idiots saying "don't hunt what you can't eat". Obviously they have never seen Africa or Africans. EVERY LEOPARD GETS CHEWED RIGHT DOWN TO THE BONE.
Every part of every animal I've killed in Africa has been utilized, even the leopard I took in Namibia. The majority of them have been served as meat at my table, or others meals too. Ox tail stew from Cape Buffalo, finger steaks from elephant, carved roast from giraffe, etc. all have their place - right next to the salad and squash! Yum
