Anyone who'd kiss a snake deserves to be bitten.
That looks painful!

The closest I've ever come to getting a snake bite was while walking by a waist high ledge above the Arkansas River in Colorado on a bighorn hunt. The monster flopped off the ledge right between my son and I and we froze and allowed him to slither away. Dang close!
