We're home for a change and decided to have some fun with smoke.

Pork loin, Olathe sweet corn, and my black beans.



Dry rubbed

Hey Fred,
Yesterday we were at a Car Show out here and there is a BBQ place behind the old Quonset Hut Theater across the street. So some of us walked over there for lunch, no one had the same items.
I had a Buffalo Burger w/Provolone Cheese....damn that was good. One of the guys order a "Jerk" sandwich. It was a foot long Hot Dog and had Pulled Pork on it. He said it was great, we replied "a Jerk for a Jerk"...the Chef got a big laugh out of that.

Fred, I picked up the scent on Monday, takes about 3/4 of a day for Pork Loin to travel down to the front range. I followed the scent for a few hours but lost it in Glenwood Canyon. Those are nice looking beans, Whole Foods? Thanks for the updates on unit 61. Looks like the area got some nice rain yesterday.
 
I've been in Steamboat Springs since Tuesday. My neighbor read rain gauge for me. .98 in two days so I expect the Unc got wet.
