Slow Cooker Italian Pulled Pork

Pork is under appreciated, and often thought to only be good for BBQ. Put about 3# of boneless pork in a crockpot with garlic, onions, red wine, butter, diced tomatoes and tomato paste, and spices. One of the best sandwiches you can ask for, and also makes amazing spaghetti sauce w/ meat instead of ground burger!!! Add in some fettuccini Parmesan and a good salad, you're all set!!

Looks great. My wife's family nie Italian and they never use ground hamburger in spaghetti. It's always pork, sausage or meat balls.
