...wide egg noodles. I marinated chunks of sirloin steak in Italian dressing & Worcestershire sauce for a few hours, then coated it with flour & sauteed it with mushrooms, onions & garlic. Added it all, plus the carrots, to the brown gravy & simmered for about 15 mins. The meat turned out both flavorful & very tender.
P.S. -This is a good way to use elk/deer/moose meat.
