Does anyone know a Silver Smith?
I’d like to get a price to make this

The only Silversmiths I know are Navajo. I don’t really know them, but know of them. I recommend searching for one of them. A good place to start would be a Trading Post. Try the good ones like Hubbell and McGees.

Try Hammered in the Mountains a lady in Idaho Falls that does custom jewelry especially ivories.
She had done a couple of things for my wife and she loves them.
