I see all the positives for the complex, just not the reason G&F would kick in $2.5 mil. Money better spent buying access.

2.5 million from game and fish, 2.5 million from wyo tourism and 5 million from states general fund.

i dont understand why game and fish has money to do this. was hoping this conversation would lead to those answers.

There is zero chance wherever this facility is built it will cost $10M or even $20M. It is a virtual guarantee that at multiple points during construction there willl be calls for more funding. At that point officials are left with no good choice. Not sure how many examples people need to know this is part of the process.
