Always trying to find recipes to use my burger. I cherry picked ideas from 4-5 Internet recipes and I'm pretty pleased with how it came out. Next time I'll put some red wine while cooking the meat. The topping didn't brown as much as I wanted, but could be our 7000 ft elevation.
