sheep tag help

I live here in arizona and have been putting in for antelope for 17 years without any luck. Im' sick of waiting and wondering if you guys know of any place in the west that you can still buy an over the counter or a fairly cheap land owner tag.

Your title says "sheep" tag help. But your post sounds like pronghorns. Which are you asking about?

If you are talking about pronghorn, you can buy an OTC archery tag in Montana, lets you hunt pretty much the whole state with it.

Some landowner tags in New Mexico are fairly cheap. I bought a landowner tag in 03 and there were bucks everywhere. Took a 15" buck on the second day.
