sheep/bear combo?

need some advice. got a dall sheep hunt booked for aug.04 and will be shooting a 300 Wby mag with 180 gr BST for the sheep. hoping it goes well and somewhat quickly....move on to find a grizzly. would you use the same 180 gr BST for the bear or load it up to 200-220. partition? trophy bonded? what type of bullet?
anybody bag a nice ram this year??

I would use 180 gr. partition for your Grizz. Won't have to resight in or think about pt. of impact with different bulet weights. Then again I would just use a Nosler partition for both species. I adhear to the KISS concept..."keep it simple stupid".

Good luck on your hunt, the wait is hell.

I think the 180gr would be fine! Maybe a partition or other controlled expansion bullet.
I used a .300 WBY to shoot my 10ft + Kodiak Brown Bear, I used the 200gr Nosler Partitions and they did a GREAT job, the bear was pretty much dead on his feet after the first shot!
