Shed Pile

I was kind of making a mess in the basement with my sheds, and my wife was complaining a little, so this was my solution. I managed to get almost 200 stacked against the wall, and did a pile by the T.V., of my favorites and bigger stuff(to fondle). What do you think? Let's see a few of your piles. I am sure a few of you have some good ways of displaying them.

Larry, you need to post up a picture of your banister. I love the way you have hung sheds along it. I really want to do something like that at my place.

I really like your display. I wish i had a nice little cut out in the wall like that for my sheds.
For now, I'll just have to deal with the corner in the basement.

These are mostly from this year:

who you trying to bs yelum one of your antlers is as big as my pile. ryan should post his"little pile" too.

Here is my pile since second weekend of march when I sold out.I know I need to clean my garage! There are a bunch of deer horns at the bottom and the browns on my wheeler are a 320 set with 18" thirds and a 300" 5 point set. Been a REALLY good year for me compared to last year.

Elk, not true, For the last 5 years, the biggest shed in my house was one Dakota didn't want. And the 14 sets on my banaster are all too small to make it to his living room pile.

very funny Larry, there is a lot of nice bone hanging from that banister, and I hope some day I will have 14 sets in my house, let alone all of the big sets you have on mounts. I love going to your house, it is like going to a Muley Museum.

BearCat, One of these days you need to show us your "GOOD PILE". I am sure it is impressive. Quit holding out on us.

convinced my wife that this would be a low maintenance way to decorate the kitchen. so far she likes it... of course im not done decorating!

Primeroarcher,
I bow in complete humility to your creativity.

That is the sweetest shed storage idea I have ever seen.

Sheds forced to spend thier days in dark corners, buried in piles in the garage, banished to the outside shed.
Shameful mistreatment of precious collections.

Now, Yelum's banister is rockin. I can attest to that.
Its a killer idea that has going there.

But, that horrid little space above the kitchen cabinets is usually cluttered by the women. Nick knacks of porcelain kittens, jars of colored beads, spice racks, garbage all of it!

But then there is you! You killed it! You managed to turn that cursed little space into glorious majesty!

You are the shedhawks "hero of the week".
Congratularions, you win a beer.
Of course you will have to retrieve said beer from your own refridgerator.

I salute you!

He is the most interesting shed hunter in the world.
STAY HORNY MY FRIENDS!

Heck of a collection there Dakota!! Got me going with a pretty bad case of shed envy :) Congrats to ya man, you have worked your tail off for sure!

LAST EDITED ON May-24-11 AT 00:26AM (MST)[p]Here's what I've got minus my biggest deer sheds (they're in my family room), but I'll post some better pics when I get it more organized in the next couple weeks or so. I've got some more elk bone to go find and add to the pile now and my girlfriend is hooked now after she kicked my ass out hiking last week lol.

@gon4elk - your link doesn't work... I'd love to see some of those paddles!
