Shed permit?

Is it required this year to complete the shed course in Utah? I am not seeing it on the website.

Before the day is over I thought I better let everyone know that Wyoming has decided to make everyone take an 8 hour course, to be held in Cheyenne, and buy a $50.00 license to hunt sheds, starting this year. That way only the serious shed hunter will be bringing home the 4X4s.

It's required from Feb 1st through Apr 15th.
