Shed hunting permit?

Does anyone know if Utah is going to have that shed gathering permit thing again this year?

The committee has not met yet to discuss any changes, so as of now i would assume "yes".

Is it a yearly renewal or a one time deal?

Its a yearly renewal but I dont think it is on there site yet, you dont need it untill Feb-1 if I remember correctly it will probly be up in january sometime, I have not checked to see if it is up yet or not though.
