Shed contest

I suppose the winners will be the sheds with the highest score. I propose the best 'as thay lay' image be the deciding factor. Antlershed's 'Shed Country' would be in the running. Anything Hoofsandhorns submits would also go a long way in my view. After walking all day even a rag horn shed laying on a bed of needles is a top trophy.

All of us guys that shed hunt the timber would be at a major disadvantage if it was an "As they lay" contest. Hard to get any really good shots with the light conditions that I have to deal with. On top of that, hard to get the stunning background shots when all you have is trees in the background.

LOL....as a fellow timber shed hunter I can say we are in a major disadvantage just finding the antlers.....especially with a winter like this.

Hunteroelk, thanks for the compliment. I have been working at taking better pictures. But have learned that "where they lay" pictures are not always easy. I too hunt a lot of timber country. But when I do find one in a good spot I take sereral pictures hoping I get one that turns out.
