Selkirk Moose

My dad drew a moose tag for this unit, and I have a couple questions I am hoping you guys could answer. what would be a good bull for that unit? which is more important to look for, spread, points, Both? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Talk to boneaddict, he knows the moose in that unit pretty good, hes got a nice one hanging on his wall also.

I'm not sure what that unit is capable of producing but palm length, palm width, and outside spread are the highest contributers to a moose score. Number of pts usually doesn't add or subtract that much because most 3 to 4 year old bulls have about 6 to 7 pts and old timer bulls have about 8 to 10 pts/side. Just like any other game species P&Y minimums are pretty easy while it takes a giant to make B&C.
