Searching for sheds!!!

We have tromped the hills up and down here in NM and have only found one deer antler from last year. My wife and I hunt together all year for deer, elk, and of course SHEDS, and do fairly well each year, but not much luck this year so far. We saw three Bulls, two had already dropped their antlers, and they had a spike which was still packin', but to no avail. for us. We wont quit just right yet. We saw three bucks still packin' about a week ago. What should I be looking for in a "hunting spot(s)"?

Did you do some winter scouting? You gotta shed hunt where the deer and elk wintered. Look for heavy sign too. (Tracks,poop,ect)

Yeah I have been in the mountains all season as every other and have found good sign. I am going to hit it hard tom. and see what comes of it. I saw a buck that had one side that appeared loose but he was in a Monument side of the mountain. Lets see what I come up with this weekend.
