Scroll is not working

Ok guys I need your help. My scroll bar on my laptop stoped working. I have Turned the comp on and off to reset it. I have been looking but I dont see an on/off button for the scroll. I have an HP pavilion laptop. Anyone have any ideas why it isnt working?

My old HP had an on/off button for the scroll bar and finger pad. If one is working and not the other, I don't know what it could be besides a bad connection between the scroll sensor and the board. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Maybe your pressing your troll bar ?
