Scouting for elk and came back with this…

Did a little scouting hike and picked up a few paddles and this amazing deadhead! Saw a lot of moose sign and a lot of elk sign, all in all great day!

I am in Co, all were from today except the big one on the back left, from the same general never found that many paddles in a day, definitely stumbled into a bit of a moose wintering area

Wondering if any of you gents know if elk and moose are cool with living around each other? I figure they aren’t competing for the same feed too much, but would be interested to hear from some internet experts

Moose eat elk so if you're finding that many moose sheds chances are the elk in the area are gone. Awesome finds go get more!!

I’ve personally witnessed moose running off elk during archery and 1st rifle in northern Colorado.
