Scoring 3 Points?

I have a deer antler-scoring question. How do you deal with the mass measurements on a big 3-point or even a big 2-point? On a 4-point without eyeguards the H1 and H2 measurements are the same and are the smallest diameter between the base and the G2 right? I am not even sure if I am doing that right. I just wondered how it works if I wanted to score a big 2 or 3 point. Does a big three point get credit for an H3 measurement equal to his H4 measurement? What mass measurements can a 2-point get? Thanks for your help.

Having watched a B&C scorer do one without a G4, the H4 mass measurement was taken half way between the G2 and end of main beam if I remember right. Thus, the H3 on a buck with no G3 would be half way between the main beam and them tip of the G2. Hope that made sense. If I'm wrong, then it would be 3/4 distance instead of half.

+1, halfway down. It is possible to take a B&C classs 3 point, and that measurement helps out greatly! (I am gonna kill one someday)
