Scope recticle

What reticle configuration do you guys use, and like. I was leaning toward a balistic plex type reticle. But, or have been watching to much best of the west tv and their system intrigues me. They make it look really nice. I have never used any type of target turret system, just wondering how complicated are they? Can you always trust them to move properly. I just want a simple setup like the LR duplex, or B & C reticle that Leupold has.

If you purchase the leupold vx-7 line leupold will make you a compinsation dial free of charge.All you have to do is register scope with them give caliber and balistics and they will send you the replacement turret that is easy to install.I shoot the 300 ultra and they made turret to go out to 850 yards.They prefer to make it for the duplex xt model.Hope this helps.
