Hey guys I just moved to Idaho Falls a couple months ago and since I won't be able to hunt any big game this year I want to go after birds. Do any of y'all have any tips for me for hunting these birds in eastern Idaho. I wouldn't say no t being pointed in the right direction if anyone is offering. Lol. Mainly I've just hunted quail and don't know what to look for except sage brush! Lol and that is a broad area!

Welcome to IF, not many grouse around but, between Mud Lake and Roberts they are in huntable numbers personally I prefer the taste of all other type of grouse gray partridge can be found in and near most grain fields
