If you do a search on Woodward Reservoir you'll see it is a magnet for City Folks. So many Drown there and, in all of our Delta Waterways every year.

I have retrieved to many folks, deceased, from the water. It tore me up deeply to then talk with surviving Family Members. A repeated task I am glad to be away from now. I wish such memories could be gone.
