If you have meat hanging in there, you might want to give them a call. They had a fire, and the Health Department came in and stated that everything in there was contaminated and needed to be destroyed/thrown out. 3 of my buddies lost their deer, in fact Spotnstalk80 lost his. What a tragedy.

Very disappointed to read this. Roseville Meat does a better job of wild game processing than any other shop I've ever tried. I hope they'll be back in business soon, as I have a November 6th elk tag and was hoping to use them when I get home (assuming I shoot an elk).
