Riverton WY to stay or not to stay

Hey there guys. Just wondering if there are any strong opinion on where to or not to stay in riverton wy. Going to be hunting in the area and looking to book rooms at a hunter friendly close to food location. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Worked up there for a couple months and stayed at the sundowner, on main has a nice restaurant and reasonable rates.

There is Safeway grocery store in town also.

Wal-Mart is there as well, great little town, where are you hunting??? A lot of that area is reservation

Theres two decent hotels across from Walmart.

unit 67 or 74 for speed goats. first trip to WY.

Might check with the Lander warden before you apply and see how things have faired this winter. Last fall he said they lost almost 25% of their goats in those areas to winter kill...
