I wish. I lost my brother a few years ago. Fortunately I have lots of great hunting memories to look back on.

I'm sorry to hear that. I lost mine to a lifetime of handicap. We hunted together when I was a teen. He has had a lifetime of hell since.

I like hunting solo. Then i took my bro backpack hunting a couple years ago and we both got bucks. Now, after a couple years of hell with the wife, I was looking forward to getting my hunt over with early to go help him with his hunt in adjacent unit. Didn't work out that way- I was waiting for mine to show up again after missing him... I was in process of throwing in the towel, hiking out to go be with my bro the last couple days of his hunt,.. when I climbed to mtntop to get service I heard he got a buck! I was so happy for him it erased my disappointment in my hunt.
Can't wait to go hunting TOGETHER next season. Hard times reminded me how much I need my family!
